Green Season (May 1 to November 15) $165/night
High Season (November 16 to April 30) $225/night

CANCELLATIONS- We will make every effort to rent it to other guests. If we do, we will refund your deposit minus 10% re-booking fee. The following penalties are in the event we are unable to rent the condo to other guests:
For non-holiday rentals, a 90% refund will be given for a cancellation made at least 60 days in advance.
A 50% refund will be given for a cancellation made at least 30 days in advance.
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance
